A New Style of National Service for all School Leavers
A nationwide obligation for all leavers of full time education to fulfil either a 1 year Military Service or 2 year Community Service placement.
The option to carry out this obligation earlier should be available (for example in between 6th Form and Higher Education)
These services should be considered part of a person’s national education reinforcing responsibility, team work, personal discipline, shared community understanding and job satisfaction.
