action to promote consistent and proactive approach to career coaching in schools /colleges.
Each student to receive a career coaching programme to suit.
Mock interviews depends who is "interviewing". coaches should be paid for their skills and talents.

Additional Information

Coaching is not a career advisor in another guise, most people have bad memories of advice in schools and the advice was useless for most people.
Career Coaching is about the individual.
