Remove the title 'Sir' from Bernard Ingham.
Following the fight for Justice for the 96 who lost their lives at Hillsborough, "Sir" Bernard Ingham has refused to acknowledge the verdict of the Inquest which showed that Liverpool fans had no part to play.
As Margaret Thatchers' press secretary, he was instrumental in creating and perpetuating lies that the Liverpool fans were somehow responsible and wrote to Hillsborough campaigners calling the supporters drunken yobs. He has refused to acknowledge the independent panel report or the Inquest verdicts and continues to villify the fans. To have such a man hold the title of Sir is despicable! We want this title removed!
