Petition against measures that allow the government to restrict internet, specifically social media access (generally or in times of unrest)

Additional Information

This is petition should ensure that freedom of speech is and stays guaranteed.
The government should not be allowed to restrict access to digital means of communication or censor internet content in times of war or civil unrest.
We understand the resulting challenges, but also understand that such means of communication are important to guarantee a democratic society in which no government should be allowed to decide how and what its citizens communicate.
