Review and Amendment of Human Rights Act UK
To review and amend the UK Human Rights Act and bring common sense back into UK Law regarding the use of human rights which allows the overstaying of political asylum seekers, and illigal immigrants, and not allowing family issues to cloud enforcement issues, such as wives and children.
Amending the abuse of Act with regards to a criminal offence which should mean that the person if convicted looses all their rights, to use the act as a form of defence in the mitigation of their criminality.
