Convicted rioters should be made to attend citzenship courses

Additional Information

Anyone convicted of a crime in the recent riots should be made to attend a citizenship course. They will have to pay a nominal charge to attend the course.

Clearly their behaviour is not in keeping with the British way of life. These courses will help to deal with the causes of the problem.
