Make it compulsory for cyclists to have insurance as road users.
As road users cyclists are now the most protected, roads redesigned to accommodate them, car drivers money diverted towards making it safer for them and yet they can be a menace to other road users and pedestrians on pavements. They should have compulsory insurance in case of their fault accidents
