Invite Argentina to hold a referendum on the Falkland Islands

Argentina claims sovereignty over the Falkland Islands, something contested by the United Kingdom. We petition the government to settle this issue by inviting the Argentine government to hold its own referendum on the Falkland Islands for the Falkland Islanders, asking the question "Do you believe that the Falkland Islands (known to the Argentinians as the Malvinas) should come under Argentinian sovereignty? Yes or no?" The ballots should be counted by Argentinians but with British observers.
