Safer Method Of Payment To Ensure Child Maintenance Get Spent On the Child!
I think a payment card Should be in place so it allows certain items to be purchased for the child or a report of the transactions sent to the Child maintenance service to prove the money is being spent on the appropriate needs of the child.
