Petition Details

In 1983, Lynda Mann was brutally raped and murdered. In 1986, Dawn Ashworth was also brutally raped and murdered by the same man Colin Pitchfork. The parole board in its wisdom has decided that he can be moved to a soft option Open Prison, it is the view of many this is a prelude to being released.

Additional Information

Lynda Mann and Dawn Ashworth were both 15-year-olds when they were murdered, During questioning' Pitchfork admitted to over a 1000 other sexual offences.
