Reinstate Rural Community Policing in Chatteris

Petition Details

Crimes in Chatteris are increasing at an alarming rate

Chatteris used to have a permanently based police team of 5 Constables and 1 Sergeant. Chatteris now has no police allocated/based to the town at all

We need the government to intercede with Cambs Police to restore policing to Chatteris

Additional Information

The most significant rapidly increasing crime in Chatteris is that of burglary. Chattieris seems to have become a target for criminals now there is no longer any police presence in the town
