Ban the sale of non-rescue cats & dogs to reduce the number of homeless pets
With tens of thousands of homeless animals needlessly destroyed each year, lets decrease the number in shelters by banning the sale of non-rescue cats & dogs for at least 3 years. This will reduce the number of homeless and unwanted pets.
