Norman Bettison former SY police chief should be stripped of his Knighthood.
96 people attending a football match at Hillsborough were unlawfully killed, when the South Yorkshire police Commander lost control. Subsiqently the then Chief Police Officer Norman Bettison, conduct fell short of that required from an officer of his rank. This was backed up in a report of the IPCC
The evidence is in the findings of an IPCC Report and the recent unlawful killing verdict returned by the Hillsborough inquest jury.
