Make cyclists accountable to highway code and be insured .
Cyclists are given unfair use of roads for free.
Some roads are just unsuitable for cyclists eg roads with central double white lines where law obiding motorists cannot overtake.
Sports cyclists cycling two a breast causing congestion.
