Road Tax reduction
It is clear that requiring the payment of road tax of e.g £245.00 for a vehicle irrespective of whether it is likely to travel 50,000 miles or 5,000, is unfair and unsupportable.
DVLA records will show mileage between one MOT and the next.
Parliament to consider that road tax charges should be reduced proportionally. For example, road tax for a vehicle travelling 5,000 miles per annum to be 10% of that for a vehicle travelling 50,000 miles.
