Review the gas, water and electric charges for students studying in the U.K

Petition Details

It is essential for the government to review the amount of money that the gas, water and electrical companies are charging students in the U.K.
All gas, water and electrical companies are making substantial profits each year, and the majority of students struggle to cover their ridiculous charges

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

These charges are the responsibility of utility companies, not the Government or Parliament.

You could start a new petition calling on the Government to offer financial support to students to help them pay their bills.
