Include a disagree on all H M Government e-petitions
This e-petition is to include a negative response (i.e. disagree) to all H M Government e-petitions just like this one.
This is required because use of viral software and internet sites mean that petitions such as this are becoming disproportionate.
Because they only having the option to agree with the motion put forward by the petition.
We need to be able express disagreement.
