No longer allow letting agents to discriminate against 'dss'

Petition Details

I am disabled due to a stroke and receive housing Benefits to top up the wage I earn. Letting agents are allowed to discriminate against this, regardless of circumstance. It harks back to the time when people were allowed to discriminate against skin colour and nationality.

Additional Information

Where your funds come from should make no difference, housing benefit can be more reliable than wages in that you can't be fired! I have rented receiving benefits as a single person, a single mother, part of a couple and now as a disabled parent. I have always been discriminated against. Let's make this change and not victimise the most vulnerable of our society. Let's not be those people.
