Entitlement to Legal Aid

Additional Information

Legal aid to be available only to ethnic and indigenous British subjects.
Not available to any other status of British subject or citizen.
Discretionary availability to citizens of British Overseas Territories.
Primary requirement: Recognition and acceptance of current constititutional status of the UK. E.g. no legal aid for republicans or ant-monarchists.
'Foreigners' should not be entitled to legal aid from British taxpayers in order to subvert British law. Nor should legal aid be available from British taxpayers to enable action under non-British law. Non-British law to include any European legislation or treaty irrespective of whether it has been supposedly 'embodied' in British law.
In clarification, the European Convention on Human Rights has been embodied in British law. However, this was done without the consent of the British people and is to be considered invalid.
