Make it illegal for job advertisements to omit salary and benefits.
The gender pay gap is a big, and unnecessary, issue
In the interest of consistency, equality and fairness making it mandatory to enumerate salary and benefits on any job advertisement would make it clear internally and externally that a company is committed to transparency.
