Benefits - Vouchers NOT Money
Families on benefits should be given food, energy and clothing tokens instead of money. This would ensure that parents buy necessities for their families such as food, electricity and school clothes.
If the head of the family wants a new TV, cigaretts, alcohol. Then they will need to earn the money themselves and NOT use tax payers money.
