Give a young person a job in government.

Additional Information

I want the government to giva a young person a job in government so that they have someone other than posh politicians to speak to the youth.
Also,they would liaise with the government on issues regarding the youth and help in the way they interact and help them.
Basically the youth would have a face they could both TRUST and RELATE to.
