Many people today experience violent and aggressive bailiffs. To avoid assault and humiliating threats, a police officer should attend entry to any property avoiding potential physical harm to the house holder and others to remove all threats of violence or intimidation.

Additional Information

That the bailiff focus on the collection procedure showing respect and non violent means using reasonable behaviour at all times.
