Create a NHS and Care Commission to review and manage all health care in the UK.
The 21st C has brought new challenges to the health and care provision which underpins the well being of all in the UK. It is timely to review the NHS to ensure that it meets modern needs but retains the ethos of equality of services and provision, free at point of delivery.
