demonetisation of benefits to restrict poor social decisions
Change housing and jobseekers benefits so very little money reaches claimants. Housing should be paid direct to landlords. Centralised delivery network that delivers food clothing etc. (a supermarket would jump at the chance for this contract and deliver any special items you need) Also centralisation would reduce cost making this change free in the long run as less money paid out on benefits would go astray (i.e. drugs) Genuine claimant would not mind this change.
