BBC must answer all FoI questions

Additional Information

The licence fee has to be paid or imprisonment may be the punishment.
The BBC refuses to answer Freedom of Information questions (especially financial questions) by hiding behind these words "purposes other than those of journalism, art and literature".
The law covering the BBC should be changed so that the BBC must answer all questions put to it.
If the licence MUST be paid then the BBC MUST be forced to answer to those who pay.
