Employment rights for members of the Reserve Forces mobilsed for Active Duty
If, as a female, you choose to leave work and have a child, your employer has to take you back at the end of your maternity leave on similar terms and conditions.
If you are a member of the Reserve Forces who is required to serve a tour of Active Duty your civilan employer can delay re-employing you for up to 6 months after you complete your service and return home.
Give Reserve Forces who are called to serve operationaly the same employment rights as women who take time out to have children.
