Regulate and reduce hospital car parking charges.
My son was admitted to Gloucester Royal and on every visit we had no choice but to use their car parks. On one occasion we parked at 15.08 and left at 16.10 and were charged 2 hours and there was no allowance for any "time" to get your ticket and vacate the car park.
