Stop Car hp companys chasing reg keepers for outstanding debt.Chase the debtor.
If you buy a car with outstanding finance that you know nothing about you become liable for that debt not the person who sold a car that they legaly do not own. Chase the debtor for outstanding monies not the innocent party who may now lose their new car.
