Petition Action

Ban Azealia Banks from the UK

Petition Details

Recently Azealia Banks tweets many offensive and hurtful comments directed at the United Kingdom - which directly mocked our culture and our beliefs. The United Kingdom is home to acceptance and understanding for people from all over the world, whilst the comments made clearly violated this right.

Additional Information

Comments from her Twitter account included:

"Only fat english people who eat box tesco sandwiches, listen to UK radio at this hour"

"You know the kind with the hard accents, brown teeth and varicose veins who put extra mayo on their toast???"

Other racial and cultural comments were made which were aimed directly at the UK or indirectly through comments to former One Direction Star Zayn Malik.
