Winter Fuel payments should be line with gas Price Inflation

Additional Information

Given that Gas price have recently increased in the region of 16% - !9%,
while the winter fuel allowence has remained static.

This means that many pensioners will suffer from hypothermia as a result of fuel poverty.

Thus in order to stop these needless deaths:
Winter Fuel payments should be kept in line with gas Price Inflation.
