Make compensation for delayed trains be paid after 15 min delay, not 30 min.
Compensation for delayed trains is currently paid after a 30 minute delay, this petition calls for that time to be reduced to 15 minutes, to provide a financial incentive for train companies to be more punctual with service timings.
