Make it Illegal to ignore the "No Junk Mail" and "No Callers" Door signs

Petition Details

The "Junk Mail" and "No Callers" signs are placed on doors by residents in an attempt to stop the need to deal with this menace. But because there is no legal requirement, the wishes of these residents are ignored, and the rights of the residents to not be harassed in their own home are violated.
