Keep farm vehicles off the roads in rush hour

Additional Information

We would like to see a ban on all slow moving farm vehicles using the public roads during morning and evening rush hour.
We don't all have the luxury of being able to afford to live where we work and we have to commute. But this journey is often hindered by farm traffic. This traffic of course needs to be able to use the roads just like the rest of us but please can it not be when the majority of the country is trying to get to work?
