We want the ccrc to retrieve trial recording.
After several requests from myM.P. to both Mike Penning (MOJ)and the ccrc they refuse to retrieve the trial recording when the ccrc have the power to do so under the criminal appeal act 1995.My case has been with the ccrc for 13months yet they have not retrieved the trial recording.
My solicitors have requested the trial recording but have been refused by the court's.By their own addmission in writing to me the ccrc have wrote to the court's to preserve the trial recording but why?Why not just retrieve it under the criminal appeal act 1995,
