Ensure artists of all disciplines are properly reimbursed for their work
The UK is a hub for the creative industries. Britain has produced some of the finest photographers, artists, designers and musicians. In order for the creative industries to continue to flourish the Government must ensure the grassroots of this industry is properly reimbursed for their work.
The Government must do more to ensure the unauthorised online use of photos and artwork is stopped.
The Government should also do more to stop the assumption that artists should and will work for free or for exposure.
