By introducing a minimum speed limit of 100mph in the fast lane on UK motorways could cut down on accidents. This could save millions of pounds annually.

Enforcement: A speed camera that is programmed to catch out motorists driving below 100mph in the fast lane on UK motorways.

Punishment: 3 penalty points and a £100 fine or a short driving test to test their ability to see if they can drive safely at atleast 100mph in the fast lane.
