Make zero hour contracts illegal
Zero hour contracts fail to give job security. It generates constant changes in circumstances in their benefit claims thereby making it hard for families to budget their weekly finances.
Employers get away without paying sick pay. It is a cattle market syndrome that doesn't offer stability.
