Stigma surrounding the treatment to people with disabilities.
The treatment of disabled people in the United Kingdom be it in society or in employment is not on equal footing with able bodied people.
When a disabled person has barriers in the work place, managers don't do their best to support a disabled person rather a disabled person health
Is used to remove them from the world of work.
The government advertise that disabled people need to be employed need to be part of society but on the ground the policy isn't being used effectively by organisations.
What can the government do to make sure disabled people are not alienated and made to feel being disabled is a barrier to not work.
Alot of company don't promote what the equality law states and its affecting disabled people's confidence.
Hard enough to deal with a health condition.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government to do to help people with disabilities.
