Vendors withdrawing from sales should incur penalties to cover purchasers costs.

Petition Details

Because of our Vendors decision to withdraw the sale of his property on the day of exchange, we have incurred searches costs, legal and surveyors fees and now rental costs while we find another property.
We felt obliged to continue, our buyers are due to become parents.
