Stop the BBC from taking down its recipe catalogue.
Today I learnt the bbc is being asked to reduce costs by removing it's recipe catalogue, that's over 11000 reliable recipes.
These are recipes collated over the years, in conjunction with BBC programmes. It's a great resource, and for those without access to paid content, a valuable resource.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
This decision is the responsibility of the BBC. The BBC is an independent body governed by a Royal Charter. Under the terms of that Charter, the BBC is operationally and editorially independent of government and there is no provision for the government to intervene in the BBC’s day-to-day operations.
