Suspend the MPs being investigated for Electoral Fraud the 2015 Elections
The MPs under investigation are the PMs for Amber Valley, Broxtowe, Bury North, Cannock Chase, Cheltenham, Chippenham, Dudley South, Erewash, Kingston, Lincoln, Morecambe and Lunesdale, North Cornwall, Northampton North, Nuneaton, Plymouth Sutton and Devonport,
Enquieries are ongoing by Cheshire police, Derbyshire police, Devon and Cornwall police, Gloucestershire police, Greater Manchester police, Northamptonshire police, Staffordshire police, Warwickshire police, West Yorkshire police, Somerset Police and Lincolnshire Police are undertaking criminal investigations into Electoral Fraud so far.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure what action you would like the House of Commons to take. At present, MPs are suspended from the House following recommendations made by the Committee on Standards, or for defying the Chair (the Speaker or his or her deputies).
You could start a new petition asking the House to change its practice, by agreeing to suspend any MP who is the subject of a criminal investigation relating to possible breaches of electoral law.
