Ban Puppy Farms and create Bella's Law in honour of Bella an ex breeder
Bella is one of thousands of ex-breeders rescued from a puppy farm. We want to ask the government to examine the trade and implement legislation to protect these innocents like Bella. After four years of cruelty she has a warm bed and full belly but would have been replaced in the farm sadly
