Stop wasting tax payers money on pointless NHS over management.
The NHS is appallingly run by over educated staff with Uni' degrees but no real clue.
1000s of targets & pages of stats are filled in daily. Nurses waste 40%+ of their time completing useless papers.
Leave nurses to do what they're meant to do & remove at least 50% min' of NHS administration.
Obsession with Academic qualifications has reached dangerous levels. New nurses must have Degrees with no attention paid to who would make a good nurse, as long as they can write 12000 word essays. Nurses now waste days proving their worth every 3years with yet another layer of bureaucracy; with many choosing to leave/retire instead. £millions is wasted on pointless paperwork and has crippled the NHS and destroyed Nurses goodwill.
STOP the bureaucracy.
