Owners of any breed of dog must have to acquire a dog licence!
Due to several well reported dog attacks, the current laws are not working to protect the general public against dangerous dogs. The issue is not the breed of dog but the type of owners that certain breeds attract. By forcing owners to register their dogs then we will wean out bad ownership.
