Investigate the extortionate cost of children's shoes.
Children need well fitting shoes but they grow quickly and so need new shoes regularly. The shoes are VAT-free, contain a relatively small amount of material, yet cost as much as a pair of reasonable quality adults' shoes. Just because they can charge a lot doesn't mean businesses should.

The UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the cost of children's shoes. You could start a new petition calling for action to reduce the cost to parents - for example, calling on the Government to provide vouchers for shoes.
