Make all cyclists have a numberplate and insurance to cycle on UK roads.
I think that there are many cyclists on the roads that do not follow road law and are unidentifiable and uninsured. They should be treated the same as motor cycles.
Many cyclists have no regards for the road as they cant be identified but quick to claim against a car driver.
