Ban children under the age of 12 being sold sugary or high sugar content drinks

Petition Details

Sugary drinks are proven to cause numerous health issues and have a high risk factor to health. Children should not be able to buy sugary drinks and should only be purchased with a parent or adult.
Children are not educated on health and this may promote healthy living through a ban.

Additional Information

The government do not do enough to educate children to the risk factors or unhealthy food and drink choices. Sugary drinks are the leading contributing factors to poor health in children and adults.
Sugary drinks cause many health issues such as, Cancers, Diabetes, heart disease, dental issues, mood swings, hormonal imbalances, high blood pressure, acne, skin conditions and being obese or overweight.
