Stop daytime TV adverts for Charities targeting the elderly, ill and vulnerable.
Charities should not be allowed to target the elderly, the unemployed, the ill and the vulnerable by a constant barrage of daytime TV adverts requesting 'just £2.00 a month". Rather bring in a Charitable tax for Bankers - problem solved!
