Bring back maintenance grant for 2016?

Petition Details

After this rise of tution fees to 9000 students already going to be in a debt of 18000. If you scrap maintenance grant then thats double debt every year making the debt nearly 32000 this putting of students for going into higher education and those who do will be I debt for most of life.
